For The Gypsy and His Daughter

A gypsy and his daughter appear in the title of For The Gypsy and His Daughter - 1985, a work by Ronnie Landfield. The picture holds broad colour areas and a few sharper painted bands laid over them.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The print arrives ready to hang on a wall. A light frame on a dark wall lets the darker colour areas hold their shape, while a wood frame keeps close to wooden furniture in the room.

It hangs on a bedroom wall above a low bed. From the doorway you see the main colour band first, and up near the bed the smaller painted lines come into view. The room stays calm and the picture gives it a quiet centre.
