Greetings From a Distant Friend

Greetings From a Distant Friend shows a quiet street scene with a few tall buildings and a long shadow across the ground. Giorgio de Chirico painted in a style that feels still and separate from the moment. The shapes stand apart, and the light does not move.

A fine art print sits inside a frame with a back panel. The paper holds the marks of the picture without shine, so the flat colors stay even under a lamp.

In a dining room, the picture sits on a side wall above a wooden chair. From the table you see the empty figures and the long line of shadow across the floor.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
