Homage to the Square 1967 1

Homage to the Square 1967 1 shows four nested squares, each a different colour, set one inside the next. The brush fills each edge with even pressure, so the sides stay flat and the corners meet cleanly.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. Josef Albers built this square series over many years, testing how one colour shifts next to another.

No separate frame to buy. One hanger on the back, and it goes up on the wall in a few minutes. Hang it on a narrow study wall above the desk, where the two outer colours read from the chair and the inner edge shows when you lean over the page.
