House Over the Bridge

A house sits above a bridge in House Over the Bridge, painted by Diego Rivera. The picture shows a building resting on a span of water and stone. Rivera often worked in strong flat colour with clear edges. The scene uses that way of painting to hold the shapes together.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. It arrives assembled when the ready to hang option is used. The frame keeps the picture flat and the back panel covers the rear. That stays in place on the wall and keeps the print from sliding.

It works on the wall of a dining room, seen from the doorway across the table. The roof line meets the eye first. The bridge draws a second look. The colours feel steady from that distance.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
