House with sunflowers — Fine Art

House with sunflowers by Vincent van Gogh sets bright yellow blooms against a pale wood wall and a blue sky. Yellow petals sit on thick green stems. The house rises behind the flowers with a warm roof and a dark window. Short brush marks keep the colours separate.

This fine art print uses a matte surface so the yellows stay soft on the wall. A light frame works on a dark wall and a dark frame works on a pale wall. The frame can follow the wood in the room.

A copy hangs on the stairwell wall at shoulder height. From the landing you see the house and the flowers against the wall. The yellow blooms stand out from the stairs.
