Idea

Idea - 1960 by Dieter Roth shows a shallow surface where brown and cream tones sit close together. Thin marks move across a quiet ground and a darker band sits near the bottom. The work leaves space between the shapes.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. The paper stays matte, so the browns stay soft and the cream does not pick up shine under a lamp. A light frame sits on a dark wall and gives the whole surface a clear edge.

It hangs on a painted corridor wall at a steady height. From the landing you see the darker band first, and the small marks fill in as you step closer.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
