Index Peak Yellowstone National Park — Fine Art

Index Peak Yellowstone National Park shows a mountain ridge rising above cloud and forest. The brushwork of Thomas Moran pushes paint into soft bands of rock and sky. Each stroke sits on the paper with a steady hand.

This fine art print keeps the dark mark of the ridge clear on the paper. A black frame edge gives the picture a hard line against the image.

It reads well on a bedroom wall in morning shade. From the foot of the bed you see the ridge line, and the small paint marks stay in view.
