Irregular Bands with Colors Superimposed — Fine Art

Irregular Bands with Colors Superimposed shows bands of colour that are not straight. The lines lean a little and overlap in different tones. The picture is built from simple colour blocks and repeated shapes. You see the bands stacked over each other rather than lined up neatly.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. A white frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall. The clean border keeps the bands from feeling crowded. You can choose wood or dark wood instead if you want a warmer edge.

On a kitchen wall near a counter the bands sit above the sink. You notice the overlaps first when you stand at the stove. The colours stay flat and the lines do not follow a grid. The room feels steady because the picture repeats the same simple idea.
