Janus, 1990

Janus, 1990- opens on two broad colour areas facing each other. A warm ochre band sits on one side, a cooler blue grey on the other, with a thin neutral strip between them.

The toned ground holds the shapes without any hard outline. The paper is matte, so the warm and cool tones stay flat and the light does not bounce off the surface.

A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel keeps the soft edges readable from a normal distance. It looks steady above the kitchen sink, where the afternoon light lands on the centre strip and the two tones stay clear.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
