Kasseler Serie — Fine Art

Kasseler Serie - 2000 shows a set of shaped forms laid across the sheet. The eye enters at the top band and moves down to the heavier block below. Open areas sit between the colour shapes. Gunther Forg built these works with broad paint handling and simple shapes.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The piece arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy.

In a hallway, you see the wide bands first from the bend in the corridor. Closer, the small changes in tone between the shapes come into view. The work stays clear on a painted wall near the coat hooks.
