Kate

Kate, for your Birthday - 1964 by Ray Parker shows a simple portrait with soft colouring and clean outlines. The face sits near the centre with a plain background around it. The image feels calm and direct.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper keeps the soft tones even under a lamp and the frame lines the edge so the picture stays put on the wall. You get the print and frame together, ready to hang when you choose that option.

It fits on the wall in a bedroom above the headboard. From the bed you see the face and the plain ground, and the small marks around the outline stay clear without crowding the wall.
