Landscape of Cagnes — Fine Art

The Landscape of Cagnes shows a countryside view worked in a rough paint style. Thick brushstrokes build up hills and trees in uneven patches of tone. Chaim Soutine painted this scene with a direct hand. The ground feels worked rather than smooth.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte paper keeps the paint tones settled, so the rough patches stay even under a lamp.

It works on a stairwell wall where the light changes as you walk past. From the landing you see the broad shapes of the land, and the uneven paint layers stand out against the plaster.
