Landscape under a Stormy Sky — Fine Art

The scene shows a wide stretch of land beneath a heavy stormy sky. Clouds press down and the ground sits dark underneath.

The brushwork of Vincent van Gogh uses short strokes to build the moving air and the rough ground. This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel.

The matte surface keeps the dark tones calm under a lamp and the frame gives the picture a clean edge. It hangs on a hall wall where the door opens. From there you see the broad sky first, then the darker ground below it.
