Little Sister — Fine Art

The print for Little Sister - 1979 by Ronnie Landfield shows colour spread across the sheet with a few painted marks laid over it. The eye starts at the lighter area and moves toward the darker edge. Empty space around the shapes keeps the surface calm.

This fine art print sits on a matte paper that holds the soft colour without shine. A light frame on a dark wall makes the painted bands stand apart. A wood frame near wooden furniture ties the surface to the room.

On the landing wall, you notice the broad painted areas first. A warm bulb gives the tones a gentle pull. The small marks become clearer as you pass by.
