Mauve Redand Purple — Fine Art

Mauve Redand Purple uses cool mauve and warm purple bands that sit side by side on the page. The shapes are flat and hard edged, with clean lines between each colour. Eyvind Earle worked with flat colour shapes and clear outlines in his illustrations.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the mauve and purple tones even, so the bands stay separate under indoor light. You get the framed print ready to hang on the wall.

It suits a bedroom wall near a low bed. From the doorway you notice the purple band first, then the mauve beside it. The hard edges stay sharp even when the room is dim.
