Metamorfosis Nocturno - 1960 shows shapes changing through the night in a loose painted field. Manuel Rivera worked in this way across his career, building form with visible hand strokes. The image stays quiet and does not fill the whole space.

This fine art piece arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger on the back. You fit it straight onto a nail or screw and it sits on the wall without a separate frame. The finish stays matte so the painted tones do not shine under a lamp.

It works on the wall beside a desk in a study. From the chair you see the dark shapes first, and when you lean in you notice the small changes in each stroke.
