Mount Kolsaas 2 — Fine Art

Mount Kolsaas 2 shows a mountain shape rising from a ground of broad green and brown strokes. The sky sits above in a pale band.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. Cool tones hold the picture together, and the warmer ground keeps the colours from feeling heavy. A metal hanger on the back means it goes straight onto a nail or screw, so the flat paper meets the wall without a frame.

The white border stays quiet beside the painted surface. It fits a hallway above a narrow bench. From the bottom step you read the mountain first, then the pale sky, then the green ground.
