Ohne Titel 1977 — Fine Art

Ohne Titel 1977 by Blinky Palermo uses flat colour laid down with a steady hand. A single shape rests on a plain ground, with the edge kept clear. The method follows his practice of simple painted forms built from a few choices.

The fine art print sits on a matte paper sheet, so the flat colour keeps a soft look under indoor light. A light frame on a dark wall keeps the edge of the shape visible from where you stand.

On the bedroom wall at waist height, the colour shape reads as one clear block before you turn off the lamp. The quiet room lets the plain ground hold the picture without extra detail.
