Orion 1973 — Fine Art

Orion 1973 by Alma Woodsey Thomas fills the sheet with short painted dashes arranged in rows. The strokes move across the paper in tight bands, building a broad field of colour. Each band shifts in tone as it crosses the sheet.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy.

It works on a hallway wall beside a bench. From the foot of the hall, the dashes read as a steady rhythm of colour. Step closer and the individual strokes become clear.
