Oval mirror — Fine Art

Oval mirror shows a soft oval form hovering above a muted ground. The shape does not fill the page, and the empty space around it holds its own weight. Frantisek Kupka often worked with simple forms and open fields, and this picture belongs to that habit.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed.

It hangs well on a bedroom wall beside a tall wardrobe. From the foot of the bed you notice the broad curve first, and when you pass by the narrow edge of the form catches the ceiling light.
