Photograph of the Guitar 1918 — Fine Art

A photograph of a guitar from 1918 sits in the centre of the print. The edges of the instrument split into clean planes. Empty space fills the rest of the sheet.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. Juan Gris built the picture from flat sections and quiet tones. A white frame gives the image a steady edge on the wall. The light frame keeps the grey sections clear and soft.

The white border sits close to the picture line without crowding it. Hang the print on a hallway wall near the front coat hooks. From that distance you see the broad planes and the open field around the guitar.
