Poppies — Fine Art

Red poppies fill a garden bed in this Poppies work by John Singer Sargent. The flowers stand close together, with thin green stems and small leaves carrying the eye across the page. Bright red and pink petals sit against a soft green background. The shapes stay loose and open.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte surface holds the petal colour without shine, so the reds read plainly under a lamp.

Hang it on the dining room wall near the window. From the table you see the red flowers first, and from the doorway the green ground holds the picture steady.
