About this work

Possum Dreaming

Possum Dreaming - 1994 shows long painted lines and dots that follow a story path across the sheet. The marks sit in earthy red and black on a pale ground, with a track that turns and meets itself.

You can read the route from a distance and see the small dots up close. A metal hanger is fitted to the back of this fine art piece, so it goes straight onto a wall nail.

No separate frame is needed. Hang it on a hallway landing wall and the bigger shapes stay clear from the stairs, while the pencil like dots show when you pass underneath.
