About this work
Provincetown Summer 1966 I - 1966 uses loose brushwork over a summer scene. The paint sits in visible strokes that follow the movement across the surface. Edward Corbett built these marks with quick pressure and speed.
This fine art print arrives ready to hang. A metal hanger is fitted to the back and goes up on a nail or screw without a separate frame. The matte surface keeps the painted marks clear and avoids shine under indoor light.
It fits a hallway wall beside the kitchen door. From the landing you see the broad painted strokes first, and in the morning light the surface stays even and flat.
