About this work

Purple Eucalyptus

Purple Eucalyptus shows rounded leaves in a cool purple tone set against a pale ground. The leaves sit in loose bands with a soft outline around each shape. Eyvind Earle paints the foliage with even colour fills and a flat layout.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The print carries the same purple and pale tones on a matte surface, so the colours stay even under a lamp.

On a bedroom wall the leaves read as a quiet row across the upper part of the wall. From the side you notice the soft outlines and the even purple fill. Late afternoon light from a nearby window falls across the surface and the pale ground stays soft.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.
Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
