Rocks at LEstaque — Fine Art

Rocks at LEstaque shows a hard coastline built from thick blocks of stone.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The marks stack up in rows, so the rock face reads as solid and slow. From the doorway the shapes hold together.

Step nearer and the separate strokes become clear. Paul Cezanne worked this scene with the post impressionist method of short separate brush strokes, and the earth tone painting keeps its weight even in a bright room.
