Seashore — Fine Art

Seashore opens on a stretch of water meeting the land in calm bands. The tones move from a soft grey near the horizon to a greener blue closer to the shore. Arkhyp Kuindzhi painted the sea with a steady look, and the surface stays even across the picture.

The fine art print comes with a frame in white, wood, dark wood or black. A white frame keeps the pale water tones clear at the edge. A dark wood frame pulls the eye toward the heavier blue band. The frame gives the picture a clear line on the wall.

It fits a hallway wall above a console table. From the far end of the corridor you see the broad horizon first. Closer up the smaller shifts between the grey and the blue become clear.
