A river divides the sheet. Seine, named for the waterway it abstracts, shows two vertical bands of pale blue separated by a narrow white gap.
The left band is a single flat wash of cerulean, the right a softer sky blue. No brushwork, no horizon—just the quiet tension of two planes meeting in silence. The white strip between them reads as both absence and presence, a sliver of light or a crack in the world.
