Sphere

A circle stands on a light ground in Sphere - Matter - 1962. The shape feels measured and deliberate. Francois Morellet built much of his work from simple geometry and repeated rules. The outline is clean and the space around it is open.

This fine art print comes ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The surface stays even under the circle, so the shape reads flat from a doorway and the paper tone stays steady near a lamp.
