Still Life Vase with Twelve Sunflowers — Fine Art

A tall vase holds twelve yellow flower heads with green leaves. The petals curl at the edges and fill the whole view.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. Short paint strokes build the colours, a method Vincent van Gogh used for flower studies. The paper sits low on the wall, so the top petals meet the light from a side lamp.

You notice the paint marks clearly at that height. It fits a kitchen wall near the sink, with a dark frame against pale tiles. From the doorway you catch the yellow heads first, then the green leaves.
