Still Life with Books and Candle 1890

Open books lie beside a candle on a plain surface in Still Life with Books and Candle 1890. Dark lines track the page edges and the candle body. The brush moves in quick strokes across the cloth and paper.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fixed to the back. You push it onto a nail or screw and it stays flat. The surface stays matte so the dark marks keep their weight.

Hang it above a desk near a reading lamp. From the chair you read the stacked pages. Up close you see the pressure in each stroke.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
