Sulfur Sails — Fine Art

Sulfur Sails by Sam Francis uses open colour washes spread over a white field.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The painted shapes hold a soft edge where the paint thins out. From across the dining room you see the broad bands of colour, while standing near the wall you notice the lighter wash fading into the paper.

The print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fitted to the back, so it goes straight onto a nail or screw without a frame. It works well above the desk in a home study where the daylight from the side window keeps the yellow and grey tones clear.
