Sunset, Amagansett — Fine Art

A bright evening sky sits over the flat land at Amagansett, with the sun low and colours warm. Thomas Moran painted this scene from his time in the Hamptons, where the sea meets open fields and the horizon stays wide. The title gives the place and the hour together.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The frame finishes are white, wood, dark wood and black, and each one puts a clear edge around the picture. With Sunset, Amagansett on the wall, the frame finish changes how the warm sky sits against the room.

Hang it on a kitchen wall near the table, where the late light comes in from the side. You notice the soft wash across the sky first, then the low line of ground below, and the room feels calm without being empty.
