Superficie Argento

Silver tones cover the surface in Superficie Argento - 1973, a reflective field built from thin layers. Enrico Castellani pressed and scraped metal sheets to make the surface show light in shifting tones.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back so it goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte paper keeps the silver tones soft without shine.

It fits well on a dining room wall near a sideboard. From the table you see the broad silver field, and from the chair you notice the quiet shifts in tone across the surface.
