Synchromy

Synchromy - Synchromism shows bands of warm red and orange moving over a dark band of blue and violet. The painted lines bend and cross, so each section changes tone where it meets the next one.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. Morgan Russell built these shifts with layered paint, a method tied to early colour abstraction. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw.

You do not need to buy a separate frame. A stairwell with a narrow wall gives the colour changes room to read from below, and the bent bands stay clear as you climb the steps.
