Televisor Hidraulizado 2

Televisor Hidraulizado 2 - 1956 by Gyula Kosice shows a box shape with lines and simple forms moving across it. The marks read like parts of a screen or a machine, built from flat colour and clear edges.

The work sits in the kinetic art tradition, where the picture asks the eye to follow a rhythm rather than a scene. The sheet arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger on the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw.

No separate frame is needed. The matte face keeps the colours from shining under a lamp, which helps the edges hold their shape. This fine art print goes on the wall above the kitchen sink, where the shapes stay steady at eye level and the room feels a little more ordered.
