The Blue Forest — Fine Art

The Blue Forest shows a group of tall blue forms standing apart in a shallow field. Max Ernst often worked with frottage and rubbing to pull texture from below the paper. The page holds those marks without crowding them.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The paper sits flat inside the frame, and the back panel keeps the picture firm on the wall. You can hang it without extra work when the ready to hang option is used.

In a narrow hallway the blue forms catch the light from the door. The rubbing marks stay clear as you pass by. The frame keeps the picture level and steady.
