About this work
Large soft circles sit in rows on the page, some edged in pale green and others washed in rose. The Ten Largest 1907 by Hilma af Klint shows forms that feel drawn with a slow hand, each ring layered over a quiet cream background.
This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper keeps the pale greens and rose tones from shining, so the circles stay soft when a lamp falls across them. The frame sits flush and the back panel keeps the print flat against the wall.
It works above a low desk where you sit close to read. From across the room the circles read as broad rings, and up close you notice the thin pencil line under one of the green forms.
