About this work
Time - 1952 shows round shapes and straight lines arranged across the sheet. The work belongs to the print making and collage work Alexander Liberman did over many years. He used bold colours and simple forms in those pieces.
This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The paper has a matte finish, so the flat fields of colour stay even and there is no shine under a lamp.
It fits on a bedroom wall above a narrow bed. From the doorway you see the round shapes and straight lines against the painted plaster. When you stand near the dresser you notice the solid blocks of colour and the way they sit next to each other.
