Untitled 2

Untitled 2 by Barnett Newman shows a wide field of colour with a tall vertical stripe. The stripe carries a hard edge against the surrounding ground.

The paint sits in a single layer on the surface. A fine art print keeps the flat colour and the sharp edge the same way the original painting does.

The frame finish can follow the room. A light frame on a dark wall lets the stripe read clearly. It fits a hallway wall near the top of the staircase, where the narrow shape lines up with the steps and the eye travels up the stripe.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
