Untitled Green on Blue — Fine Art

A dark green rectangle rests below a blue field on the sheet. The painted line between them moves unevenly, with soft breaks where the brush lifted and pressed hard again. The surface holds a slow change from one tone to the next.

This fine art print comes set in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the green and blue flat, without the shine a glossy sheet would add under a lamp.

In a work room with a north facing wall, the two blocks hold their own shape from the desk. On the shelf across the room the green band drops lower than the blue one, and the line between them reads as a rough step rather than a clean cut.
