Untitled SFE 071 shows open fields of colour with thin washes spread across the surface. A pale ground holds the paint, and the shapes leave room around them.

Light touches the surface and the tone shifts without a hard edge. The work sits in the post war abstract tradition, where colour field painting allows the ground to stay open. The print itself is a fine art item on matte paper, so the surface reads softly under indoor light.
