Untitled SFM66-03

Untitled SFM66-03 by Sam Francis opens on a pale ground where broad colour washes spread and leave open space around the edges. The paint lays in loose layers that do not cover the whole surface. Blue and red tones mix in patches that feel separate from one another.

This fine art print comes set in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the colour washes soft and stops glare from a lamp. It arrives assembled when the ready to hang option is used. You get a finished piece with the frame already on.

It hangs well in a narrow hallway over a bench. From the far end you see the open white field and the colour patches at the edges. Up close you notice the thin edges where one wash meets the next.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
