Walter Anderson by Walter Anderson, Fine Art

Walter Anderson shows grasses bending over a wet sand flat near the shore. The plants lean toward the water across the picture.

A fine art print brings this coastal scene into your home. The matte paper holds the soft greens and browns without shine under a light.

The frame finish can follow the room, so a dark frame sits well on a pale wall. It fits above a bookcase in a study where you notice the pencil lines in the grasses before you notice the water. The light comes from a lamp on the shelf, and the grasses keep their low, bent shape.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
