Wildflowers

Wildflowers by Odilon Redon shows a loose group of blooms set against a plain field. Petals and stems sit in soft colour patches with darker line work. The artist worked in pastel and charcoal, and this picture follows that same method.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the pastel tones flat and stops shine under a lamp. When the ready to hang option is used the print arrives assembled.

It fits a dining room wall above a sideboard. From the doorway you see the cluster of blooms first, then the pencil lines in the stems as you step closer.
