Chris Foss by Chris Foss

Chris Foss shows a busy painted surface with bold shapes divided into separate bands. The eye moves through the layers and rests on the solid forms. Empty space sits between the blocks and keeps the picture open.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the strong colours from glaring under a lamp. The ready to hang option brings the frame and panel together when it arrives.

In a narrow hallway the big shapes read first from the doorway. Standing a step away you see the solid colour fields and the divided bands. The painted ground holds the view without pulling focus.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
