Blue Line by Georgia OKeeffe — Fine Art

A blue line runs across the page in a steady sweep. The mark looks painted with confidence, one stroke holding its own weight. Blue Line by Georgia OKeeffe keeps the focus on that single gesture. The line sits flat against the sheet with no second layer to pull the eye away.

The fine art paper takes the blue without a shine, so the mark reads as paint on paper rather than ink on gloss. A light frame sits on a dark wall and lets the line stand out without pushing forward. The finish follows the room instead of calling attention to itself.

On a hallway wall at chest height, the line crosses your view as you pass. From the landing you see the blue stroke against the darker paint. The frame keeps its place beside a wooden console.
