Tecelar

Tecelar - 1956 is a woven grid of threads crossing over and under each other. The grid breaks into small openings that let light pass through. A woven structure sits at the centre of the picture.

The fine art print uses a matte surface so the grey threads stay soft and the lighter passages do not catch the lamp. A light frame on a dark wall keeps the grid clear from the corner.

In a study, the grid reads from the desk chair. You see the small openings first, then the steady weave. The room stays plain behind it.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
