Ten P.M. — Fine Art

Across the room, Ten P.M. - 1992 by Jennifer Bartlett reads as a grid of small painted squares.

Up close each square holds a tiny shift in tone or a pencil line. The late hour in the title sits in those quiet changes. Jennifer Bartlett often works in a grid of small panels.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper keeps the small colour steps soft and the surface stays matte under a lamp. On a bedroom wall at night, the grid holds still while the room goes quiet.
