Cypher

Cypher - 1963 by Jeremy Moon rests on the printed sheet with a plain painted ground. A few dark lines cross the sheet and leave a soft mark where the brush slowed. The paint dries flat and holds its own weight without a shine.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need a separate frame. The image stays steady on the wall because the hanger holds the sheet flat against the plaster.

It fits on a narrow wall in a bedroom, where a lamp throws a warm light across the painted lines late in the day. From the foot of the bed you see the dark strokes and the clean gap between them.
